What you will need

• Two blocks of wood from a pallet

• String

• Scissors

• Paints

• Brushes

• Saw

• Glue

• Lollipop sticks

• Tiny twigs

• Drawing pin

• Craft items for decoration

What you need to do

• Saw one of the pallet blocks in half to create two triangular blocks

• Place a long length of string in between the triangle and the square pallet block so that the shape resembles a house with a roof. Glue the blocks together with the string in between, allow to dry.

• Knot the string, this is what you will use to hand your house from

• Paint your house, allow to dry

• Using the lollipop sticks, cut to length to make a door, glue to the house, allow to dry

• Use a drawing pin and stick into the door to create a door knob

• Paint a small square/s of a different colour (these will be windows), allow to dry

• Using the small twigs, snap at lengths and glue around the ‘window squares’

• Now the real fun bit!  Decorate with whatever you want!!!
